i found the hotel to be fine. the facilities are excellent with areas well-separated for families and couples. the gym has a dedicated cardio space with treadmills and bikes. a separate strength training area. i particularly enjoyed the wide selection of à la carte options during breakfast and the high-quality buffet.

the room ac was not effective. the temperature was set to a minimum of 20 degrees celsius. i also ordered burgers, but the quality was not satisfactory. it was a minor inconvenience.

I liked the excellent facilities. The hotel grounds are spacious. they are beautifully arranged. Breakfasts stood out to me. There was a wide selection of a la carte options and a high-quality buffet. Everything tasted delicious and was well-prepared!

The mini fridge in the room did not work. There was also only one side of the bed with a wall plug which was inconvenient! The rooms are a little outdated. The bathrooms do not include a shattaf. It's a very inconvenient thing.

I found the staff professional. They provided complimentary breakfast during Eid, a very thoughtful gesture. Multiple nice pools were available. The size of both the room and washroom was excellent.

The distance to my room from the lobby proved somewhat inconvenient.
